Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover and Pay-Pal for online transactions. Phone, email, fax, Western Union, and Bank Wire transfer payments for orders are also gladly accepted.
Orders paid for by check will not ship until up to 7 days following receipt of the check for bank clearance. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks from banks outside of the USA. Orders paid for by money order will ship within 24 hours of receipt of money order. We do not accept any form of checks drawn from banks outside of the USA and customers outside of the USA are responsible to pay any taxes or fees that your country may charge for importing these goods.
If you wish to pay by check please make your check payable to Utah Water Dog Distributing and enclose a note with your check stating which item you wish to purchase and the address which you would like the item to be shipped to.

International Shipments
Shipments being sent outside of the USA are sent via UPS Express or Expedited airmail unless you contact us indicating that you wish your package to be shipped via USPS (but we strongly advise against it). Packages valued over $ 1000 we HIGHLY recommend you allow us to ship the package via UPS because it is a quicker, more secure service and because of how slow the US Postal service is in finding lost packages and or reimbursing for lost packages. It is rare that a package is ever lost but in the event it is lost, UPS wins hands down for quick, safe and secure shipments with a quick reimbursement policy for package loss or damage claims (1 to 2 weeks maximum for the UPS versus up to 3 months for the US Postal service) In many cases UPS may be the same cost or only slightly higher in cost but is far more secure than the US Postal Service and quicker at getting your package through customs since the package never leaves their hands (Unlike the US Postal Service which drops the package off at customs and it is then transferred to a local carrier which is the weak link in the chain of package delivery and security).
Please note that all requests from customers outside of the USA to "lower the value" or place an item as a "gift" in order to minimize or eliminate import taxes that they would have to pay are illegal and will be ignored. You as the customer will be charged import tax. (Don't ask becuase a parcel sent with a fraudulently filled out form runs a high risk of being seized by your customs officials and you would be prosecuted, heavily fined, and potentially imprisoned (not worth the risk). Shipments sent to Australia are not charged tax unless the package is valued over $ 1000 AUD (ask us for details on this) and you have the option to pay to have the package sent in two separate equal value shipments. UPS pays the import taxes ahead of time while the package is en-route which the customer is responsible to pay once the item is in your country before UPS will release the package to you.
Return / Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MyGoodPuppy.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from MyGoodPuppy.com and wish to exchange or return your order, contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a return authorization number known as an "RMA". All returns which do not have an RMA number written on the outside of the package will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Garmin map software is not returnable and cannot be exchanged
Please do not ship your returns via any method that does not utilize a tracking number.
All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The amount we paid for shipping the item to you will also be deducted from your refund which also includes shipments that received free ground shipping. If you choose to exchange for an equivalent item within our store (such as an exchange for a containment system to a different containment system, or a bark collar for a different bark collar) or if you wish to exchange for anything of equal or greater value (Innotek RD-400 purchases may not be exchanged for a different product) that we sell at MyGoodPuppy.com, we will waive the restocking fee and charge for shipping the exchange item plus any amount owed if the item is of higher value. In the event we exchange for an item of lesser value, we will only deduct 10% of the amount to be refunded. Please note that restocking fees are not meant to be punitive, they are for the sole purpose of covering our cost paid to process your order and refund. Since all of the items that we sell are under manufacturer's warranty, under no circumstance will we waive the restocking fee except in the case of an exchange according to the guidelines listed above. Any wire, splicers, staples, that have been cut, used, or buried from a containment system purchased from MyGoodPuppy.com will be deducted from the refund.
For International shipment returns, if you choose UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or any other carrier other than your regular post office you would be responsible for any brokerage fees or import/export fees that they may assess for this return and that amount would be deducted from your refund. For this reason we request that international returns are shipped through your post office insured with a tracking number.
If the package is damaged by the shipper please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at 1-800-595-6756 so that we can process a damage claim and have a replacement unit shipped out to you immediately.
Refunds will be made after the equipment is received, inspected and verified to be in good working condition which can take up to 30 business days. When you contact us for a return authorization, we will e-mail you a detailed instruction list for returning a product to MyGoodPuppy.com. The list must be followed to the exact instructions for the return to be valid.

Delivery Information
Orders for shipments within the USA that are placed before 11:30 A.M. MST will be shipped the same day. All International orders will require an additional 5 business days before your order is shipped to your respective country.
Orders that are placed with Free Shipping are typically shipped with UPS ground but we may also elect to use other shipping methods as well should it prove to be less expensive. Orders that are placed with Free shipping do not have a guaranteed delivery date. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and delivery times do not include Saturdays or Sundays
Order Cancellations
We work hard in your behalf to process your purchase as quickly as possible in order to deliver it to you in a very timely manner. If you need to cancel your order and if your order has not already shipped (orders are generally shipped by 3:30 P.M MST Monday through Friday), please do so by calling our toll-free number (1-800-595-6756) within 4 business hours of placing your order. Business hours are from 8:00 A.M. MST to 5:00 P.M. MST Monday through Saturday. No E-mail order cancellations will be accepted. Orders that are cancelled after the 4 hour deadline, but before shipment, will be charged a 8% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer's responsibility and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained once your order has arrived if you wish to return it.
Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages (with the exception of price matching or special offers made through phone orders in which case the price will be adjusted per our verbal or written agreement with you) on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Price Match Policy
Items which are price matched (not all items are eligible for price matching) must be the exact same item that we list as well as the price match is only valid at the time of the sale (not retroactively). The price charged by the competing site for shipping must also be included in the price match and the competing site must have the item in stock ready for shipment.
Manufacturer Warranty
Each brand we carry carries a manufacturer warranty which covers any failure of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship. Warranty periods vary from one brand to another (see item details in the product listings for specific warranty details or contact us at 1-800-595-6756 for specific warranty questions. Each warranty is provided by the equipment manufacturer and is void if the equipment has been used for purposes other than it's intended purpose, abused or damaged due to improper handling or installation. The warranty from each respective manufacturer does not cover dog chew damage, product tampering, lost or stolen collars, broken probes, Lightning & Surge Damage ( unless you have purchased a system which includes lightning protection which is covered up to 1 year from the date of purchase) and AC/DC power adapters or batteries.
All defective items must be shipped directly to the manufacturer per warranty instructions included. For our customers outside of the USA contact us for warranty instructions. Please note that shipping costs are not covered under the warranty and are paid by the customer.
